Our distributors (independent partners) do not engage in commercial procurement or resale of products; they act solely as consultants, providing information, sharing personal experiences, and promoting the brand and products as part of their professional activities (e.g., in offices, salons, at events, etc.).

Coral Club strictly prohibits the resale of products via marketplaces, third-party stores, or without the company's consent. Such actions contradict the principles of direct sales and may result in:

If part of the products remains unused afterwards, Coral Club offers an extended voluntary return guarantee of up to 12 months, exclusively for distributors (independent partners), subject to the following conditions:

  • Packaging, factory seals, labeling, and completeness are intact;
  • Recommended use-by date has not expired;
  • The product was purchased for demonstration or informational purposes, not for resale;
  • The return is initiated by an official Coral Club partner registered in Germany, with confirmation of the purpose of purchase.

 

Restrictions and legal basis:

In accordance with Article 59 of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), the following items are not eligible for return if they have been opened or used, including:

  • Dietary supplements, vitamins, hygiene products, and cosmetics after opening;
  • Products with broken seals or damaged packaging.

Coral Club reserves the right to refuse a return if signs of use, improper storage conditions, or resale are detected.
