Coral Club complies with the requirements of Italian law, including Articles 52–59 and Article 56 of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), which regulate the consumer’s right of withdrawal, return, and refund in the case of distance sales. At the same time, the company aims to provide its customers with an additional level of comfort and trust. For this reason, in addition to the legally established 14-day withdrawal period, Coral Club voluntarily extends this period to 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods.

In the event of an incorrect product selection, the return is made at the customer’s expense, in accordance with Article 57 of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005).

You may exchange the purchased product for:

• An identical product;
• Any other product from the Coral Club range with a price adjustment:
  • If the new product is more expensive — you pay the difference;
  • If the new product has a lower price — the difference will be refunded by crediting bonus points to the Coral Wallet account in the user’s personal profile.

The refund of the difference is processed within 14 calendar days from the date the returned product is received and inspected at the warehouse, in accordance with Article 56 of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005).
